The Potten End C of E Primary School Parent Forum
The Parent Forum consists of a group of parents (two representatives from each year group) who meet every six to eight weeks with the Head Teacher and a member of the Governing Body.
The key aims are:
For every meeting an agenda is drawn up, and minutes taken which allows effective transmission of information and ensures clarity and understanding for all parties.
Contacting the Parent Forum
Please discuss any items for the agenda with one of your class representatives. It is helpful to also have a written copy of your item. This can be given to your class representative directly or sent to the Parent Forum email address, which is: ParentForum@pottenend.herts.sch.uk. If using this address, please remember to add your child’s year group.
Please note that the Parent Forum only discusses themes across the whole school. Any concerns related to a specific child or class should be addressed directly to the class teacher, phase leader or the head teacher.
