This is a lovely role which only requires a small time commitment every 6-8 weeks.
- Prior to the meeting, ask the class parents for any feedback which they would like raised at the next meeting, and submit these themes to the parent forum chair so an agenda can be produced.
- Attend the meeting and actively participate in the discussion (the meeting is typically on a Tuesday afternoon and lasts up to 90 minutes).
- Relay back any specific actions agreed to the parent(s) who raised a specific concern. The minutes of the meeting also summarise the discussion.
