This is a lovely role which only requires a small time commitment every 6–8 weeks.
- Prior to the meeting, ask the class parents for any feedback which they would like raised at the next meeting, and submit these themes to the parent forum chair, so an agenda can be produced.
- Attend the meeting and actively participate in the discussion.
- Relay any specific actions agreed back to the parent(s) who raised a specific concern. The minutes of the meeting also summarise the discussion.
