Aims for Potten End School

To provide a caring environment that creates an atmosphere in which everyone can feel happy, confident and secure, enabling all members of the school community to achieve their full potential.

To provide for the physical, mental, social, moral and spiritual development of each child, within a Christian ethos whilst appreciating multicultural diversity.

To set the highest academic standards and instil high expectations of achievement within every child.

To motivate and challenge each child through a broad, stimulating curriculum in order to acquire skills and knowledge and develop their creative, investigative and critical faculties.

To work in close partnership with parents encouraging each child to be a valued and responsible member of both the school and the whole community.
